Here is a fully functional demo (showing part of San Diego) of our Homes-by-School-Boundary map tool! With this new map, you can see the homes for sale within COLOR-CODED school boundary lines. Each boundary line is color coded by the school's Academic Performance Index score, so you know how well the school is doing while you are looking at the homes in its boundary. In addition, the little flags show you where the schools are located, and IF YOU CLICK ON A SCHOOL FLAG, you'll get the school's score details, phone, address, etc. If you are already logged in, click here to gain access to the maps! This demo shows how easy it is to see how schools compare, to get additional info about the school, and to shop for homes in a school district.

This is awesome! Does it cost anything to use this tool?
No, all of our resources are free. We have developed these tools to help both our out-of-area and local clients get familiar with the area and to have a competitive edge in the marketplace.

What do I have to do to get access?
If you haven't registered already, you should first register. Then you should request an upgrade to Registered-Plus.

Is there anything else I should know?
When you fill out the registration form, don't key in bogus information. We installed a firewall that tries to identify bogus accounts, and if it thinks you're messing around, it will completely disconnect you from the site.

Why do you restrict this info?
These maps are the culmination of four years of work with school boundaries, maps, and real estate. Because these are the only ones in San Diego, a lot of real estate agents want to use them, and that's why they are restricted. Every once in a while a real estate agent registers on our sites, which is why these maps require a Registered-Plus upgrade. The good news is that using the maps is free and easy to get!
